We keep quiet hours every night from 10 pm to 9 am so everyone can rest.
Steep stairs
The building has steep, historic staircases. Plan on carrying groceries and furniture up by hand.
No laundry on site
There are no washers or dryers in the building, so plan on a laundromat.
Utilities included
All utilities are included in the rent, so there are no extra bills.
Small, simple studios
Studios run about 150 to 440 sq ft.
No pets
Pets aren’t allowed in the studios.
Lease length
Leases are month-to-month.
